Parent:

Q 1. How the scheme is beneficial to parents? What should a parent do?

Ans. Scheme has been designed keeping in mind the aspiration of parents from their children. The objective of the scheme is to enable students to compete competitive exams for higher education or for job.

Parents have to ask their ward every day in the evening whether any chapter has been completed by the school teacher or Tutor. If child says Yes, he/she should be asked to appear in test on the same chapter. Result will appear after the test. It will help parents to know what his /her level of understanding is. Accordingly, parent should apprise concerned teacher that understanding of child is not clear, needs better understanding. The chapter should be revised or the child should be asked to study/practice the chapter once again. This practice should be repeated till parent is satisfied with performance of his child. If parent teaches themselves, they should take care of the chapter.

It is not possible that without the cooperation of parents their ward can be skilled properly. They have to spare time to monitor and follow up. Its a mutual responsibility of SPT.
