SSEG scheme aims at making enterprising graduates/post-graduates aware about emerging self-employment job opportunities in knowledge/ information based industry. The industry for the purpose of this scheme is defined to include all such activities, which help conduct socio-economic / market research and / or prepare plans / schemes for development of human resource potential etc. It also covers all such social functions which would generate awareness about programmes or schemes for development, contribute to enhancing capability of human beings, provide guidance to disadvantaged section of the society and protect human and natural resources etc.

In nutshell, this scheme proposes to achieve the above objectives by associating undergraduates/graduates/post-graduates with the scheme as its Member and designate them as Facilitator/DLC/SLC as key working Team of SSEG. The scheme has been designed in such a way that its members who contribute to the scheme will gain name, fame and money. There is no FEE for Registration on this website. No one should pay any money to anyone/middlemen claiming to be a part of SSEG.
