Eligibility for Facilitator, DLC & SLC

Eligibility for Facilitator: There will be only one Facilitator from each Ward/Colony and Gram Panchayat/Village

1. Must be minimum graduate in any discipline and should have good communication skill in English i.e. a Facilitator should be able to read, write and understand mail/messages sent to him and should be able to respond properly.

2. Well versed to work on computer in word and excel.

3. Must take up household survey and collect Business data of their colony/village, immediately after training and activation.

4. Must follow guidelines and instructions issued from time to time to work professionally.

5. Must have aptitude to work voluntarily as and when required for development of his/her own village/GP and seek cooperation of villagers.

6. Must aim at developing himself/herself as Development Professional like officials work in Corporate Sector. 

7. Initially a Facilitator should be able to start his work from home on SOHO concept but must be willing to open formal office with basic infrastructures like table, chairs, telephone and internet connected computer to work efficiently and professionally with increase in income. Persons having laptop and Android phone is essential to start with.

Eligibility for DLC (District Level Coordinator): There will be only one DLC from each District 

1. MBA, BBA, MSW, BSW or other graduate having experience of working in the field of surveys, studies and research will be preferred.

2. Should be able to provide leadership quality to guide, train and act as friend, philosopher and guide to Facilitators of the district.

3. Help SSEG in expanding the scheme to all colonies/villages of the district by selecting competent candidates.

4. Should be able to visualise potential of SSEG business in his/her the district.

5. Must have permanent house in district town.

Eligibility for SLC (State Level Coodinator): There will be only one SLC from each State

1. Must be able to coordinate with all DLCs of the state.

2. Should have very good communication skill in local language as well as in English.

3. SLC should be from state capital city. 

4. Must have helping attitude and be ready to work sincerely and honestly as corporate professionals.

5. Must be ready to organise training from time to time either at district, State or regional level.

6. In case of any doubt, must seek support from HQ.
