Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for using the Scheme for Self-Employment of Graduates (SSEG). This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions applicable to the cancellation and refund of the registration fee:

Registration Fee

The registration fee for our program is ₹500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred only).

Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your registration before the start of the program, you may be eligible for a refund. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at support@sseg.com with your registration details. We will review your request and process it as per our refund policy.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy for the registration fee is as follows:

  • If the cancellation request is received 7 days before the start of the online training, you will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
  • If there are more than one applicant under the category SLC, DLC or Facilitator for the same area, the entire registration fee will be refunded.
  • For rest of the categories no refund will be made after registration. If their information is found wrong at the time of verification by Facilitator, the Registration Fee will be forfeited.

The refund will be processed using the same method used for the payment within 5-7 business days.
